Shenyang, China, 25 September 2014: TURNKEY32ntn automotive wheel bearing automatic production line independently developed by Shenyang Machine Tools Co., Ltd has won the second prize of 2014 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award for its international advanced technology and excellent economic benefits. The award-winning project is China's first self-developed automatic production line for the processing of the third generation of automotive wheel bearings, mainly used for processing auto bearing hubs and the outer rings. Designed with automatic feeding and blanking function, the production line allows full surface processing of outer ring, inner bore and end face of parts. Besides, the precision on-line monitoring design realizes unmanned machining and intelligent management. China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award is the highest award in the machinery industry jointly set up by China Machinery Industry Federation and Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. The reward is given out every year, and award-winning projects can be recommended to declare the National Science and Technology Progress Award of the highest level.
