Xu Xiaojun, general manager of ShuangMing Bearing Co., Ltd. said in an interview on July 2, 2015. ShuangMing Bearing Co., Ltd. is specialized in the forging and turning of bearing forgings. Equiped with 7 advanced forging production lines and 2 non-oxidizing gas vacuum lock roller hearth annealing furnaces, the company is able to manufacture forging parts ranging 40-350 mm in diameter. The annual capacity is around 15 million sets of bearing forgings at the cost of consumption about 15,000 tons of steel. The processing workshop has an annual capacity of 10 million sets of forging parts, where a good number of advanced CNC lathes, hydraulic multi-tool semi-automatic lathes and ancillary grinding equipment are doing their work well. The total output value was more than 100 million yuan last year. In Xu Xiaojun's office, a "Quzhou High-tech Enterprise" award plaque was particularly noticeable. Xu Xiaojun said confidently: "Municipal level high-tech firm is just a start. Our goal is to win provincial level high-tech enterprise in 2016 and then the national level in 2018".
