Zhongji Jinggong Mechanical Parts Co., Ltd has recently obtained a 100 million yuan order for bearing retainers from a Germany company. The details of the customer remains undisclosed. In January 2014, Zhongji Jinggong Mechanical Parts made a key technology breakthrough in the development of precision taper roller bearing retainer, which also won a national utility model patent for the company. By applications of precision stamping and other new technologies, the utilization ratio of raw materials is increased by 7.4% over conventional products while the friction during bearing operation is greatly reduced for longer life and lower noise, thus improving the product precision after assembly. Knowing about this innovative technology, the Germany company had a strong interest in the product, and paid a visit to the plant for onsite inspection before placed the 100 million yuan order.
