ZWZ Group was selected for the “Double Hundred Actions” list of state-owned enterprises reform

Recently, the State Council released the list of “Double Hundred Enterprises” on State-owned Enterprises Reform,and ZWZ Group was among them.

The list shows that a total of 404 companies were selected, including 224 central enterprises and their subsidiaries, and 180 local state-owned enterprises. There are three criteria for being selected into the “Double Hundred Actions” enterprise: strong reform necessity and urgency; strong representativeness and extensiveness; strong reform willingness and initiative.

The “Double Hundred Actions” for the reform of state-owned enterprises refers to the State Council’s State-owned Enterprise Reform Leading Group, which selects more than 100 central enterprise subsidiaries and more than 100 local state-owned enterprises, and fully implements the “1+N” reform of state-owned enterprises from 2018 to 2020. Policy requires deepen the comprehensive reform,strive to take the lead in making breakthroughs in key areas and key links of reform.In order to create a group of state-owned enterprises with scientific improvement of governance structure,flexible and efficient operation mechanism, strong party leadership, innovative ability and market competitiveness. Reforming the top soldiers and rallying a powerful force to comprehensively deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises.
