The LPP 40, previously manufactured in Japan, is DMG MORI’s 400mm pallet size Linear Pallet Pool; ideal for automating high-mix machining with the ability to handle a wide variety of parts allowing customers to achieve lights-out manufacturing. Compatible with DMG MORI’s NHX 4000, another DMG MORI Manufacturing USA product, the LPP 40 is the most flexible, multi-layer pallet pool system with up to 8 machines, 99 pallets, and 5 setup stations.
LPS 4 launched this year is DMG MORI’s 4th generation linear pallet system (LPS) control software and marks 20 years of in-house pallet pool control software development experience in the USA. This powerful, flexible control software has been redesigned for touch-based operation from any networked device. Integrated job planning, scheduling, and reporting tools provide customers the digital power needed to enhance their shop productivity. Including machine, order, and tooling statistics, LPS offers a concise look at production efforts complete with tool management integration enables customers to identify tool status and usage data.
