Verosoft, a Quebec-based provider of enterprise asset management (EAM) solutions, has launched a mobile-first EAM platform that aims to help organizations in manufacturing, energy, and facility management enhance their maintenance operations, workforce efficiency and productivity. In a press release, Verosoft explained that TAG Mobi EAM is a mobile-enabled, AI-supported enterprise asset management system that integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It is designed to help support faster deployment and reduce total cost of operations compared to traditional EAM systems, while offering scalability for asset management across diverse operational environments. According to the company, TAG Mobi EAM aims to support a shift from reactive to preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, with the goal of extending asset lifecycles and reducing downtime. The system integrates with enterprise resource planning (ERP) environments to help maintenance, finance and operations teams make more informed decisions about equipment performance. Verosoft reported that with built-in AI-assistance tools, TAG Mobi EAM can help accelerate user training and adoption by guiding individuals through real-time workflows. “We wanted a fully mobile, AI-assisted EAM system to encourage user adoption,” said Alexis Turgeon, Director of Innovation at Verosoft. “The AI capabilities in the TAG Mobi EAM system are designed to support users throughout their digital transformation journey by training and assisting them as they learn. Looking ahead, we are well-positioned to train AI agents that will not only simplify EAM implementations but also help drive decisions based on equipment data.”
