We imported a consignment from above supplier, where the recived bearings are scrap, rusty and cannot be made use any application.

In fact the supplier gave us samples for approval before ordering and was O.K. for the price they have quoted.

But then they cheated us by supplying scrap material, this consignment we recived on 5th of June. Thereafter we are trying frantically to contact the person who was dealing with us, and understand from the company that the person has left the company.

Now for the past 15 days we have been sending mails to the company and calling thru telephone to give us the money back, but have not recived any confirmation on this.

Please be informed that we had ordered for ZRS/C3 for conveyor idler application.

What we received is

1.  ZZ (shields come out if we try to rotate bearing)

2. Rings are made from welded pipes, machined ( No grinding).

3. One can see the balls and cages thru the gap between shield and inner ring.

4. More then 95% of the bearings have no grease.

5. More then 95% of the bearings are jam, are not rotating.

 

I am arranging to send some pictures of the Sample bearing received, alongwith some pictures of actual shipped bearings by seperate mail.
