成本因素促使轴承钢市场稳步向好

概述：纵观2月份轴承钢市场走势大致呈现稳定运行，后期略有小幅上涨势头。其主要原因是农历年后国内主要轴承钢生产企业的2月份实际订货量没有明显增加，下游厂家的采购主流价格仍旧维持节前的价格，所以前期价格基本维持稳定。但由于轴承钢市场经历了长达8个多月的持续低迷，累计下跌幅度已达1000元/吨，目前的市场价格几乎没有再度下跌的空间，出于成本因素考虑2月份兴澄特钢、大冶特钢、锡钢和郑州永通等国内轴承钢的主要生产企业开始不谋而合地涨价，月底国内的普通轴承钢市场才陆续出现比较明显的上涨。与此同时，1月份下游行业主机行业、汽车行业的产销量均出现明显增长，也有利地支撑了轴承钢的价格上涨。预计3月份在成本因素促使轴承钢市场稳步向好。一、国际和国内轴承行业的分析 1、国际轴承行业分析当前世界轴承市场80%左右的份额，被十大跨国轴承集团公司所分享。其中世界著名的轴承集团中瑞典和日本的企业占据全球轴承主要供应商地区，据近年行业相关资料可知：年销售额在全球头十名轴承公司中，日本5家，美国2家，德国2家，瑞典1家，其中最大的是瑞典的SKF，其年销售额达50亿美元，占全球市场总份额的14.3%；最小的是美国TORRINGTON，其年销售额达10亿美元，占全球市场总份额的2.9%，我国虽然轴承总销售额占全球的20%，但我国最大的轴承企业规模仅为美国TORRINGTON的8.5%，为瑞典SKF的1.7%，可见我国轴承企业是以中小群体参与国际市场竞争的，竞争力还是相对薄弱。（详细可参见表1）
