Jiangbin Machinery Group Co.,Ltd(Hunan province, China) has successfully developed the Dual-Cutter CNC Milling Machine by their own effort and put it into pratical use. This milling machine not only boost the company’s production efficiency and product quality, but also fill a gap in domestic milling machine industry.
For many years, the company had used common verticle milling machine in product processing. With the increasingly higher requirements on products quality, customers are no longer satisfied with the products produced by existing machines.
Having known some latest technologies of advanced milling machines, Mr. Liu dehuai, GM of Jiangbin Machinery, decided to ask their own technical staffs to develop the substitute machine for their existing ones. Being informed to develop the new milling machine, the technical departments immediately set up a project team to work out detailed scheme. The CNC and other lastest advanced technologies were introduced into the machines’ design. Meanwhile, the technical staffs adopted an dual-cutter design to make this machine much more suitable for their own requirements.
Feb. 6 2006, the first dual-cutter CNC milling machine was born. After trial-running, all technical indicators were proved to be satisfactory. Quality and production efficiency of the company have been improved due to the application of this machine.
The previous 4-steps working procedure has been shortened to 1-step. With 3 less workers, the productivity become 8 times higher than before. Today, the previous “steps of operation” have been replaced by a “single press” on the machine button. All processing works will be complete in a few seconds.
It is said that the second dual-cutter milling machine has come out in the end of Feb. and begun ranning in another production line in Jiangbin Machinery.
