After the reorganization with Tiansheng Bearing(TSB), Xiangyang Automobile Bearing Co.,Ltd(XAB)’s market shares were enlarged timely and efficiently and their orders were increased rapidly. In order to meet the ever-expanding production scale, guarantee products quality and supply customers with statisfactory products, XAB have recently planned to employ over 100 more people. Director of the XAB human resource department said that candidates of this employment were mainly former XAB lay-off workers, which demonstrated TSB’s fundamental guide line in dealing with XAB’s matters. Namely, Revitalizing XAB and providing more opportunities to former XAB lay-off workers. It is reported that this employment will be based on the principle of open, fair and just. Paper test is necessary for every candidate. Then, some of the candidates who passed the paper test will be picked out for the next round interview. To make sure employing the qualified person, number of interviewees should be two or three times higher than is needed.
