New Products Help SEG Win Orders Worth 100 million Yuan

Recently, Shanghai Electric Group(SEG) have completed their developing work of 7 new products, seizing them over 100 million yuan’s electric motor orders. Concerning electric motors for large-sized auxiliary machine in coal-fired power stations, the company developed ones for 300MW/600MW circulating pumps and for 1000MW fan facilities in coal-fired power stations, especially those for circulating pumps helping the company win over 100 million yuan’s orders. The successfully developing of 630 type asynchronous self-lubricating plain bearings filled a gap in domestic bearing industry and as a substitute for imported ones this bearing will save the company over 5 million yuan every year. The new insulation lab which cost them over 3 million yuan has been put into practical use, which will play an important role in localization of insulation technologies.
