C&U Plan to Build Miniature Bearings Base

March 16, Administration Committee of Xishan City Economic Development Zone signed contract with C&U Group, allowing them to invest $100 million to build a manufacturing and R&D base of miniature bearings in the Zone. Mr. Tan xueming, Vice Mayor of Xishan city, and Mr. Zhang tongsheng, president of C&U Group, attended the signing ceremony. Based in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province, C&U Group is a state high and new-technology and one of the Top 100 Competitive Machinery Enterprises. They engaged in bearings manufacturing, trade of M.E. products, commercial supermarket etc. with about 100 subsidiaries, over 20 of which are bearings manufacturers. So far, C&U have built a manufacturing enterprise and a trade company in Xishan city successively. This base will be built for producing and developing high-grade miniature bearings, auto bearings, textile machine bearings etc. The design annual capacity of this base is 350 million sets, putting it the largest bearings manufacturing base in China.
