Roundup of China's Bearing Steel Market Dated March 31 to April 7

In the passing March, price of bearings steel continue growing as it did at the beginning of that month. This was following the steel producers' price increasing policy. The price increasing trend will go on or even become more obvious in April. Up to April 7, average price of common bearing steel hit RMB4150 yuan/ton; that of anneal ones hit RMB5874 yuan/ton. In the past week, only Dongbei Special Steel raised their price by 100 yuan/ton, other producers still sell at the same price as before. Additionally, there were cross-border cost increasement in over 5 provinces last week. Together with other increasing cost on crude oil, transportation, steel price increase is inevitable.
