十月份轴承钢走势平稳趋弱

概述：回顾九月份国内轴承钢整体价格走势平稳，成交情况不佳。素来有“金九银十”之称的这个九月，却并不如人们所预期的那样“火爆”。下游采购相比八月虽有好转，但显然还是不够的，这样的采购量尚不能支撑轴承钢价格的上涨。承接八月末走势，九月轴承钢市场一片风平浪静，唯一的涟漪是由钢厂调价带起。九月中旬，东北特钢、兴澄特钢、石钢、郑州永通、西宁特钢、无锡华润、湖北新冶钢等七家钢厂分别调整了轴承钢的价格。GCr15出厂价格上调幅度为100元/吨。其中：兴澄特钢现代表规格出厂价格4550元/吨；石钢现代表规格出厂价格3900元/吨；湖北新冶钢G20CrNi2MoA轴承钢上调800元/吨。尽管钢厂做出了调价，但在市场上没有出现连动效应，成交情况并未因此有所上升。虽然“十一黄金周”的来临，商家并没有出现大批量备货，而主要是回笼资金、稳定市场价格，所以九月底市场呈现平稳势态。放眼十月，苏钢的轴承钢将投入市场，届时市场竞争将更为激烈。总体看来，十月的轴承钢市场大趋势不会有太大变化，如果下游采购市场需求不佳的话，可能出现稳中小幅趋降的走势。一、国内轴承钢产量情况　　 2006年1-8月份我国轴承钢产量140.89万吨，较去年同期增加9.0万吨，同比增加8%，轴承钢材产量为12.96万吨，较去年同期增加8.9万吨，同比增加7%。现2006年8月份单月轴承钢产量22万吨，材产量21万吨，较去年同期轴承钢产量增加5.65万吨，轴承钢材产量增加5.1万吨。以上数据说明国内主导钢厂对普通轴承钢的和材的产量有所放大。（可参见：图1）
