ZWZ Launch "Charge According to Output" Method Several days ago, Wafangdian Bearing Group (hereinafter refered to it by their registered brand "ZWZ") signed a new sales contract with a leading domestic steel maker. As stipulated in the contract, ZWZ's supply of bearings will be charged according to output of a single rolling assembly rather than quantity of bearings actually consumed. Therefore, all bearings needed to be replaced will be supplied by ZWZ as long as certain amount of fee has been paid. The fee which may much less than value of bearings being replaced, depend on the output of the rolling assembly. It means, ZWZ will pay for extra spending, when payment of their client is not as much as actually needed. By employing this "Charge according to output" method, ZWZ can reduce steel makers' cost on bearings by more than 30%. Wang lushun, chairman and general manager of ZWZ, believe that it is their "10 Value-added Services" that make it possible to support this new charging method. Purpose of their value-added services is to raise value of machines equiped with ZWZ products, deliver timely by using sound logistics network, provide reliable substitutes for imported products etc. In recent years, with large amount of investment, ZWZ have progressed remarkably. By innovating on basis of others' advanced achievements, they have had their Inspecting & Testing Center authorized as State Level Lab; built production line of world advanced railway bearings with independent intellectual property right and another line for ultra-large precision bearing and slewing ring. So far, ZWZ bearing has become the first alternative for domestic steel makers to substitute for imported bearings.
