China-Russia Joint Venture Operate Well in First 3 Months Since founded in August, Zhangjiagang Sibeirui Bearing Co.,Ltd has operated well, their first products have been exported to Russia and Europe. In over 10,000 square meters workplace, 88 CNC machine tools are running at full capacity. Technical staffs have no need to do milling, planing and grinding work manually as before. Now only by inputting correct data, then pressing the button, will the machine tools do the jobs automatically. Sibeirui Bearing Co.,Ltd, formed by Zhangjiagang AAA Bearing Co.,Ltd and Russian SPZ Group, is the first China-Russia joint venture to product bearings. It cost both parties USD8 million to finish the first state construction. This joint venture mainly produce self-aligning roller bearings. They have not only equiped the most advanced CNC machine tools, measuring instruments in China, but also introduced the world leading processing craft from Europe. Design annual output of this company is 1.2million sets, making about RMB150 million in sales every year. The company have more than 80 percent of their products for export, mainly to Russia and Europe. At present, their productive missions have been arrenged until March next year.
