ZWZ Display New Products in 2006 China Bearing Exhibition Nov.28, 2006 China International Bearing Industry Exihibition opened in Shanghai. Wafangdian Bearing Group(ZWZ) displayed more than 1,000 kinds of new products that they developed in recent years at their booth. Lots of high-end products not only attracted many domestic enterprises but also interested over 60 foreign enterprises from more than 30 countries like Italy, Sweden, India etc. According to ZWZ, the displayed products are mainly for domestic manufacturing enterprises to which the Chinese government have determined to attach great importance. On ZWZ's booth, about 260 square meters, they exhibit 1500 bearings covering 500 categories. From ZWZ staffs, we know more details about their hot products. Bearings for Wind Power Generator: Characterized by long service-life, erosion resistance, carrying both axial and radial load, world advanced level. Bearings for subway or rail bus: maximum rotating speed hit 100km/h, secured running distance are 700,000 km, reliability rate exceed 99%. Other bearings for high-speed passenger train, axle box feature in little friction, slight vibration, less pollution, high precision etc. Such bearings can meet the requirement for high speed up to 240km/h. So far, ZWZ have provided enterprises in 16 industries with substitute for imported bearings, reducing customers' purchasing cost by about RMB300 million annually.
