Honda Genuine Part (HGP) brand under Astra Honda Motor (AHM) is a major player in two-wheeler after market business. They have more than 10.000 (ten thousands) items for all Honda motorcycle type that are supplied by 29 vendors, including SKF Indonesia.
For maintaining its performance to their AHASS (Astra Honda Authorized Service Station) network, Honda developed a contest among their 29 vendors base on delivery service rate, quality claim and participation in promotion program. They evaluate the score every month; keep it up-to-date for all vendors, and announce the winner by the end of the year.
This year is SKF year! On December 11, 2006, Honda announced that SKF Indonesia is The Vendor of The Year! We win the competition again other spare part (non-bearing) in providing excellent after market services.
