China: More Than 400 Enterprises’ Cooperation Formed Henghe an International Bearing Supermarket

Ever since Cixing Group which locates in Cixi City (Zhejiang Province,China) had won the victory of dumping lawsuit against America, the local enterprise seek foreign trade corporations to develop American market, while the market space that they left is being replaced by small-scale enterprises. Now, a pyramid development mould is being formed which made up of large-scale, medium, small-scale enterprises, the town has really been a “BEARING SUPERMARKET”.
At present, there are 129 whole production enterprises and 315 auxiliary enterprises, products sells well in Europe, Middle East and Korea, the output value and exporting value from Jan. to Aug. are 0.9 billion RMB and 0.5 billion RMB, it has been one of the largest production base of bearing in China.
On the tip of pyramid, lies “Cixing ”, ”Huanchi”etc. enterprises, they have been established for a long time, output value can reach more than100,000,000 RMB. Under then lies “Xinhuan ”, “Sihai ” etc. enterprises, though they haven’t been established for a long time, but keep rapid growth, the amount is nearly 20.These enterprises focus on single series of products or occupy single market. Such as “Xinhuan”, for it developed quiet sound bearing, which enable it grow in strength. The third echelon includes more than 100 small-scale enterprises, they mainly produce low grade products, which sold to internal market of China.
The pyramid development mould makes the bearing of Henhe with characteristics of stability, completed specification, low cost, all of these enable the bearing has great competitiveness in market, moreover the “pyramid” is turning bigger and bigger. Now, the local output of bearing is about1.5 billion pcs.
