Fangyuan Slewing Ring Hold 2006 Roundup & Award Meeting
Maanshan Fangyuan Slewing Ring Co.,Ltd held their 2006 Roundup & Award Meeting on Feb. 11. This is the first one of such kind since they finished the stock-holding system restructuring on Dec. 28 2006.
Present at this meeting were employer representatives, labour union representatives, medium and senior management staffs and workers and teams who were awarded the Excellent Performance Title.
At the beginning of the meeting, Gao haijun, former chairman of the company labour union, made a speech, summing up the works that labour union had done in the past three years. He reviewed the works they had done in many fields, such as caring workers, developing departments, organizing activities of public interests, enriching staff’s cultural life as well as accalerating the development of the company.
Then, Qian sengli, general manager, made the report to sum up the company’s overal performance in 2006. Qian briefed the results yielded in production, sale, technical reform and stock-holding system restructuring.
In his words, marketing strategy and technical reform brought them good results. 2006 saw a unprecedented pace of growth of the company. And output and sales were flourishing, both enjoying an increase of more than 40 percent. They had been in leading position in Maanshan city in several per capita indicators, such as output, tax payment and income.
However, the company did not satisfy with their exsiting achievements. They carried out restructuring to introduce the stock-holding system, expanding company scale and accomplishing leaps-and-bounds development.
When it comes to the shortcomings, Qian pointed out that all staffs, managing staffs in particular, should upgrade their ideology, do everyone’s job rigorously according to standard procedures so as to meet the requirement of a company based on stock-holding system, and should attach great importance to production safety and products quality.
Besides, Wang henglei, vice general manager, gave a brief introduction of the company's 2007 Planning.
At last, Yu yunni, vice general manager, announced the list of employers and teams who won the 2006 Excellent Performance Title. Company leaders awarded those personnels and teams with certificates and cash prizes.
