本周（3.2-3.9）全国轴承钢市场整体走势平稳，价格暂时稳定。经过上周多家钢厂调价后，目前市场略显平静，处于涨价后的消化阶段，成交水平一般，市场资源量尚属合理。3月3日，中国特钢协会优钢市场预警小组第二次会议在海南三亚召开。参加会议的有特钢协会的领导及13家成员单位的主要领导，另有两家特钢企业也应邀参加。与会领导、专家就当前的优钢市场形势及未来的市场走势进行了广泛深入研讨，最终达成以下共识： 1、当前优钢市场需求强劲，钢厂合同饱满，市场总体运行良好，部分品种规格仍然短缺。 2、上游原燃材料及电力、运输价格不断上升，环保成本进一步加大，钢材涨价幅度低于成本上升幅度。 3、基于上述原因，预计未来优钢市场后期仍有较大上涨空间，特别是各系列合结钢，将有较大幅度上涨。 【国内主要地区回顾】 【华东地区】华东市场本周价格明显上涨，成交一般。现各市场具体报价如下：上海地区本周走势相对稳定，截至本周末宝钢特钢（原上五厂）产的GCr15退火材Φ12-25现报价6100元/吨，Φ26-60现报价6000元/吨，Φ65-130现报价6600元/吨；东北特钢产的GCr15热轧材现报价4250元/吨，退火模铸材现报价6300元/吨；无锡华润产的GCr15热轧材现报价4050元/吨；郑州永通产的GCr15Φ60不退火材现报价3800元/吨；兴澄特钢产的GCr15Φ50-70不退火材现报价4350元/吨。杭州市场出货量尚可，成交价格上涨。截至本周末石钢产的GCr15Φ16-60不退火材现报价4000元/吨；北满特钢产的GCr15Φ50不退火材现报价4250元/吨；西宁特钢产的GCr15Φ100退火材现报价5800元/吨；东北特钢产的GCr15Φ100退火材现报价5200元/吨。 【中南地区】中南地区市场整体平稳，市场报价上涨，库存量尚且合理。现各市场具体报价如下：洛阳市场截至本周末郑州永通产的GCr15热轧不退火材现报价3850元/吨；大冶特钢产的GCr15Φ30-70不退火材现报价4100元/吨，Φ50-130退火材现报价5700元/吨；长城特钢产的GCr15连铸不退火材现报价4300元/吨，模铸不退火材现报价4900元/吨。 长沙地区价格上涨，成交情况略有好转。截至本周末大冶特钢产的GCr15热轧材现报价4000元/吨；西宁特钢产的GCr15Φ60退火材现报价5800元/吨；莱芜特钢产的GCr15Φ30-70不退火材现报价4050元/吨。 【西南、西北地区】本周西南、西北地区市场价格陆续报高。现各市场具体报价如下：重庆地区截至本周末兴澄特钢产的GCr15Φ20-50不退火材现报价4500元/吨；西宁特钢产的GCr15Φ80-150退火材现报价6100元/吨；重钢产的GCr15Φ20-50退火材现报价5000元/吨。西安市场截至本周末石钢产的GCr15Φ50不退火材现报价4000元/吨；大冶特钢产的GCr15Φ40不退火材现报价4100元/吨；西宁特钢产的GCr15Φ100退火材现报价5600元/吨。 【北方地区】北方市场价格普遍上涨，资源南下较为困难。现各市场具体报价如下：沈阳市场截至本周末东北特钢产的GCr15Φ80-120（模铸）退火材现报价6300元/吨；Φ25-60退火材现报价5800元/吨；Φ18-70不退火材现报价4250元/吨。哈尔滨市场截至本周末本钢产的GCr15Φ100退火材现报价5600元/吨；东北特钢产的GCr15Φ40-75的不退火材现报价4200元/吨，Φ30-75退火材报价5500元/吨，Φ13-25退火材现报价5700元/吨。
