10 Events Guangyang Bearing Record in 2006
The 10 events experienced by Guangyang Bearing Group in 2006 are as followings:
1. The company was selected as Advanced Bearing Enterprise for its substantial progress during the 2001 to 2005 period. They ranked 14 among all 30 Advanced Bearing Enterprises selected by CBIA.
2. Yang shoujun, chairman of Guangyang Bearing, was named Top Enterpriser in Dalian. Enterprisers from almost 100,000 local companies were included in the selection and only 100 enterprisers were granted the Top Enterpriser title.
3. The company attended Shanghai Bearing Exhibition held on Nov.28 and left a deep impression to all participants. They displayed 52 new products that belong to 7 different categaries, attracting customers both at home and overseas. The exhibition experience brought them more export opportunities.
4. The company recorded a new high in received payment and industrial output. Their received payment increased by a year-on-year 30 percent; industrial output were 25 percent higher than the prior year. Guangyang Bearing has been maintaining the momentum of rapid growth for six years.
5. The Guangyang Trepang Raising Co.,Ltd was established, making a great contribution to Guangyang Group’s strategic blueprint of diversification.
6. Progress has been accelerated in new products developing. 459 new products were developed in 2006, 28.9 percent higher than the number of 356 in last year. Some of the new products are highly greeted by customers, including self-aligning roller bearing for mining machine, four-row cylindrical roller bearing for rolling machine, split self-aligning roller bearing and full roller cylindrical roller bearing with seal etc.
7. They carried out activities to strengthen cultural development and to achieve rigorous management in all aspects. The company set Haier as their example, aiming to set up a sound and realistic system of position responsibility.
8. New achievement have been made in building a healthy factory.
9. More efforts have been made in technical reforms and raising productive capacity. Due to the 10 independently-developed CG6140 hydraulic roller lathers, their work efficiency was 5 times as high as before; introduction of advanced CNC machine tools help improve the quality and precision of their bearings.
10. The forging department developed the multi-functional rolling wheel unit. As a result, quality of rolling process was improved, less steel was needed. It’s estimated that 112 tons steel could be saved every year when using the multi-functional rolling wheel unit.
