Hangzhou Machine Tool Build the Largest Base in Northeast China Changchun No.1 Machine Tool Co.,Ltd, controlled by Hangzhou Machine Tool Group, had their new site in practical production recently. They aimed to build the largest production base of grinding machines in Northeast China. Meanwhile, this will consolidate the importance of Hangzhou Machine Tool among all domestic grinding machine manufacturers. The new site covered an area of 50,000 m2, with a floor area close to 20,000 m2. According to their managing strategy, they aim to achieve the goal that output can hit 1,000 and output value exceed 100 million yuan in three years, making great contribution to revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China. Then, Hangzhou Machine Tool Group are able to complete their strategic distribution that includes three major bases in Hangzhou, Ningbo and Northeast China. Hangzhou Machine Tool Group was formed by former Hangzhou Machine Tool Facotry and Hangzhou Wireless Electrical Device No.1 Factory on Dec. 28 2001 in Hanzhou city. In June 2006, they acquired aba z&b, the famous German grinding machine maker, holding 60% of its shares, making themself a multi-national enterprise. The company mainly produce surface grinding machines of different sizes and precision level.
