Mar.30-Apr.6 Roundup of Steel Markets In China (Mar.30-Apr.6) Bearing steel trade remain stable in this week, there is only slight fluctuation of the price. Deal volume is in normal level. In last week, finacial pressure on distributors restricted the deal volume. Now the pressure is lessened, bringing a recovery of deal volume. At present, bearing steel stock is relatively low. Due to the rising price of raw materials, Changye Special Steel, Egang Steel & Iron raise their price by 50 to 200 yuan/ton. In April, the traditional peak season for steel sale, demand of end-users will be further expanded. Thus, the bearing steel market are expected to see a stablility or even flurish. Apr.1 Changye Special Steel raise their price of bearing steel by 200 yuan/ton; Apr. 5 Wuhan Steel & Iron, Egang Steel & Iron, raise the price by 50 yuan/ton;
