Delegation from Science & Tech Bureau Visit ZWZ
A seven member delegation of Dalian Science & Technology Bureau (STB) have a visit in ZWZ Bearing Group Co.,Ltd on Mar. 30 for inspecting their progress in science & technology as well as their planned technological projects in 2007.
Members of the delegation are Liu xiaoying, minister of the STB, Jiang yunzheng, vice minister and other leaders from the Bureau.
Accompanied by Shao yang, one of ZWZ’s leaders, the delegation had their visit in ZWZ Technology Exhibition Hall, Testing & Examining Center, Finished Product Factory No.7 and the ZWZ Industrial Park.
In the Technology Exhibition Hall, Liu xiaoying was introduced the most representative products of ZWZ. And in the Testing & Examining Center, Liu asked details of ZWZ’s applying work of patent products, knowing the dynamic testing of ZWZ products. Also, she asked something about performance of imported machines, showing particular concern on the digestion of advanced foreign technologies. And she was greatly pleased knowing that products from the newly imported lines can be used in precision machine tools. Besides, in the ultra-large precision bearing division, Liu was also introduced the process of high-tech projects in ZWZ Industrial Park and the company’s future planning.
The delegation was warmly greeted by Wang lushun, chairman of ZWZ. Wang pointed out: “Bearing is the fundamental part in precision manufacturing. It’s our goal to drive the manufacturing industry in China. We hope government could give us more support.”
Shao yang, general manager of ZWZ, gave a report, introducing their major achievements in technological innovation in recent year and their innovation target during the 11th Five-Year Plan period.
Hearing the report, Liu indicated that the Science & Technology Bureau, a service department subordinated to local government, would encourage and support ZWZ in all possible aspects, taking their initiative in dealing with troubles facing ZWZ in the process of technological innovation.
