Tianma Bearing Acquire Beijing BRM Bearing Factory On Apr. 6, Zhejiang Tianma Bearing Co.,Ltd signed equity transfer agreement with Beijing BRM Bearing Factory (hereinafter referred to as BRM), acquiring 67.03% of BRM’s shares. This deal makes BRM another production base of Tianma Bearing, expanding Tianman Bearing’s portfolio. After further integration between two sides, BRM will become a new source of economic growth for Tianma Bearing. Beijing BRM Bearing Factory, founded in 1969, is one of the key enterprises in Chinese bearing industry. They are member enterprise of Metallurgy Equipment Supply Center of China Steel Industry Association and first tier supplier of bearings for petroleum machines for China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). They can produce bearings with diameter from 90 to 1300mm, widely used in metallurgy, petroleum exploitation industries.
