XAB Forging Factory Record New High in April
In the passing April, XAB (Xiangyang Automobile Bearing Co.,Ltd) Forging Factory recorded a new high in monthly output. They produced 2.2997 million hot-forging rings, worth 12.8 million yuan. Compared with the output and output vlue of 1.48 million and 7.99 million yuan achieved in the corresponding period last year, the forging factory reach a record-high again.
Since the beginning of this year, XAB maintained good momentum of growth in sales and production. The company proposed the new quarterly target of a 50-million-output after their fulfillment of the 1st quarter target. Then, planned output in April was increased to guarantee the fulfillment of new target.
The comfortable climate makes April the golden season for forging-parts production. To seize such excellent opportunity, the forging factory carefully arranged their production according to previous plan, on the one hand. And they coordinated all workplaces timely to respond to the additional production tasks and the need for products that are in short supply, on the other hand. As a result, they can secure their product diversity and accelerate production process.
Improving coordination and communication in the forging workplace. Material supply department must guarantee regular production of the 9 lines in the forging workplace while the productivity is limited. Thus, staffs from the department always go to the workplace, collecting necessary information, asking the production process. By timely and effective communication, they achieved rational allocation of materials among all lines, avoiding the phenomenon of “excessive tasks for some lines and nothing to do for others”.
Bringing into full play the flexibility of forging workplace. More staffs and equipments make the forging workplace a complex place. Adjustment of production tasks and reallocation of staffs are frequent there. So that the flexibility of forging workplace can be fully demonstrated and all positive factors can be brought into play to guarantee the fulfillment of production target.
