Wangxiang Group Put into Use Foreign Carburization Lines
Wangxiang CV Drive-shaft Company put into use the two imported multi-function cementation furnace based production lines shortly, one from IPSEN and the other from AiCHELiN. From now on, the capacity of Drive-shaft company can become more than two times than before.
Advanced process-control software guarantee higher precision of the two lines. With CARB-0-RPOF modular design and atmosphere measuring system, the IPSEN furnace can perform functions like measuring, simulating, controlling, recording and archiving in the process of heat treatment.
Compared with other equivalents, IPSEN cementation furnace can be easily operated. Only one operator is enough to fulfill the loading and expelling. Workpiece will be automatically delivered to quenching chamber after the heat treatment, which lessened labor intensity to a great degree.
The furnace has kinds of protection measures, such as automatic power supply and atmosphere protection. The chamber of furnace will be injected with N2 gas when inner temperature is below 760°C. And the power supply will be cut when any of the furnace’s thermo-couples is broken or overheated. At the same time, red light and voice alarm will be activated.
The AiCHELiN furnace can be used to carry out processes like gas carbruizing, carbonitriding, atmosphere controlled heat treatment.
With these two production lines, the company can increase their annual capacity of drive-shaft from 800,000 to 1.5 million pieces. The lines help remove the bottle-neck posed on cementite procedure, speeding up production cycle, so that market demand can be met.
