Micro-Positioning Stages feature 0.01 mm repeatability. Ready-to-run linear positioning stages are available with 6 mm lead anti-backlash lead screws or 4 mm lead heavy duty ball screws. Lead Screw versions are available in 10, 30, and 40 mm travel lengths and feature 0.03 mm repeatability; 0.03 mm/full step resolution; 100 mm/sec max speed; and 4.9 N max load. Ball Screw versions come in 40, 60, 120, and 200 mm travel lengths and feature 0.01 mm repeatability; 0.02 mm/full step resolution; 120 mm/sec max speed, and 39.2 N max load.
