Synthetic Grease Lubricates in Heavy-duty Bearings
Shell Lubricants has developed a state of the art fully synthetic grease to increase productivity and reduce downtime in heavy-duty bearings operating in harsh and challenging environments. Shell Stamina HDS, will also support operators looking to maximise the performance benefits of switching from open to clean sealed (filled for life) bearings, due to its excellent anti-wear performance which can extend lubrication intervals.
Shell Stamina HDS has been created using a combination of the latest technology thickeners, high-quality additives and base stock oil, giving outstanding service life and resistance to problems such as 'heat soak'.
It is especially suitable for heavy-duty, slow moving plain and rolling element bearings operating in the severe environments found in the steel, paper and chemical industries.With its dedicated team of technical experts, Shell is able to work in close partnership with customers to implement a customised lubrication management regime, which maximises the benefits of switching to Shell Stamina HDS.
An ongoing relationship involving regular plant surveys ensures that customers benefit from the full performance and efficiency characteristics associated with this latest high-performance grease.
