Kaman Will Report Bearings Separately Kaman Industrial Technologies announced it will respond to a recent discussion with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by splitting and separately reporting the various segments of its Aerospace group. Aerospace will be disaggregated into four separate reporting segments: Aerostructures Fuzing Helicopters Specialty Bearings The division is, "consistent with the current Management and Discussion Analysis reporting format of the company's periodic SEC reports." The decision follows Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Statement No. 131: Disclosures about Segments of an Enterprise and Related Information. Reporting for the Kaman's other segments, Industrial Distribution and Musical Instruments, will remain unchanged.
