C&U Form Partnership with ZF Group On the morning of May 24, C & U Group signed cooperation agreement with Germany ZF Group in Hangzhou. ZF Group, founded in 1915, was to ensure optimal locomotion by means of innovative products. ZF has continuously further developed: From the outset as a producer of gear wheels and gears for the zeppelins until today as an internationally acting automotive supplier of Driveline and Chassis Technology. With total sales of euro 11.7 billion in 2006 and 55,050 employees at 125 production companies in 26 countries, ZF is among the top fifteen companies on the ranking list of the largest automotive suppliers worldwide. ZF Sales & Service (Shanghai) Ltd. was established in March, 2001 and wholly invested by ZF Group Germany. There're her four branch companies in China mainland, and separately locates in Beijing, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Urumchi. At the signing ceremony, Mr Long Shaosheng, Sales Manager of C&U Group mainly introduced the status quo and future development of C&U group in automotive bearings industry. Joachim Holzner, Gerneral Manager of ZF Group (Hangzhou) stated the development programs of ZF in China and expressed his confidence over C&U Group’s future.
