High Performance Seal Materials Given Priority to Develop in Key Areas The National Development Planning Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Commerce Department and the National Intellectual Property Office issued a report “Guidelines for Current Priorities for Development in Key Sectors of Hi-Tech Industry. “The guideline lists out the development of seal materials, radial ply tire and key ram materials. The seals materials of high performance include: seal materials for automotive power transmission, vibration reduction and braking; seal materials for high pressure hydraulic equipment and gas dynamic system; seals for electric device with high temperature and voltages, non-contact seals for petrochemical industry and seals for metal-magnetic fluid.
