Small Peristaltic Pump Offers High Accuracy Watson-Marlow Bredel's matchbox-sized 400F/A peristaltic pump offers high levels of accuracy in applications where space is at a premium. Watson-Marlow Bredel's OEM pump range now includes its smallest ever peristaltic pump, the 400F/A. Matchbox sized, the single channel 400F/A pump is ideal for OEM applications requiring high levels of accuracy and where space is at a premium. The 400F/A pumphead measures 31 x 48mm and provides precision dispensing down to one microlitre. The maximum flow rate is 30 millilitres a minute and tube loading can be carried out in seconds, within a safe enclosed design.With three tube materials including autoclavable Bioprene and Silicone as well as PVC, the pumps are suited to a variety of applications including analysis and biotechnology equipment, as well as metering inks and chemicals. A spring-loaded track provides extended tube life, and the tube holder allows for continuous tubing or tube element options.The pump's versatility is further enhanced by the capability to connect to virtually any motor. Current options from Watson-Marlow Bredel include a coreless DC with planetary gearbox, brushless DC and stepper motor for specific use with the 400F/A pumphead.
