Higher Performance Deep Groove Bearings from Sitong Company Deep grove ball bearings from Zhejiang Sitong (Group) CO., Ltd have been upgraded in both precision and grades with the newly introduced control system equipment. The demands of deep groove ball motor bearings from Sitong Company have exceeded the supply in domestic market. That deep groove motor bearings workshop came in to trial production in April, 2007. The head of the workshop said that deep groove ball bearings were traditional bearings. In the past, they could only manufacture ordinary bearings due to the out-dated equipment. In order to strengthen technological reform, the company invested over￥10million in setting up a new workshop and bringing in the most advanced CNC equipment. With this equipment, the deep groove ball motor bearings have been increased by more than two grades and the market price is up 20%. For next step, Zhejiang Sitong (Group) CO., Ltd. will bring in two production lines and form a scale of eight CNC production lines. The monthly output is expected to reach 300,000 sets.
