(Sep 7-Sep 14) The whole bearing steel market basically maintained a stable level. The market resources were nearly the same level as last week. Steel makers didn't launch any price adjustment, so the prices were relative stable and there was an shrinking tendency between ex-works price and market price. The market demands have decreased ,which would result in more stock. For the raw materials, high chromium was traded in a stable level, which ensure the stability of the bearing steel prices. As far as the raw material price and market demands are concerned, bearing steel price will remain stable. The Mysteel-SSPI (Special Steel Price Index) compositive index stays in 117.8, 0.1 points lower than that of last week. [Price Adjustement by Steel Makers] Sep 8,Shou steel raised their price for kinds of steel by 100 yuan/ton. Sep 10,Xingye Steel raised their price for GCr15 by 100 yuan/ton. Sep 10,Nan steel raised their price for bearing steel wire rod and bearing steel bar by 50 yuan/ton. Sep 13,Huarun raised their price for round steel and bearing steel wire rod by 80 yuan/ton.
