Timken Paid a Visit to Yanshan University On Sep. 25th, 2007, in the presence of Mr. Gary·Doll, some representatives from Timken paid a visit to Yanshan University. The vice-principal of Yanshan University Mr. Yang Yulin welcomed them at the First Meeting Room at four in the afternoon. They together had a friendly discussion about the cooperation. Mr. Gary·Doll gave a brief introduction about Timken and expressed the intentions to invest in QinHuang Island and cooperate with Yanshan University. Mr. Yang Yulin introduced about Yanshan University and QinHuang Island. He expressed the wishes of Timken’s investments and hoped to strengthen mutual cooperation. Mr Gary·Doll gave an excellent talk to the post graduates of Machinery Institute at the Lecture Hall after the discussion. He talked about origins, developments and applications about bearings. Mr Gary·Doll and the other representatives also visited the State Key Laboratory of Metastable Materials Science and Technology of Yanshan University in that afternoon.
