Chuanrun Group and Groeneveld Signed Cooperating Agreement

On October16th, 2007, the signing ceremony between Chuanrun Group and Groeneveld Company was held at Huidong Hotel in Zigong City, Sichuan Province. Following principles of complementary advantages and mutual reciprocity, the two parties recheded an agreement in market-expansion and technology-development. They will make use of each other’s sales channel and do their best to promote sales internationally. While Chuanrun Group is respossible for sales of Groeneveld products in China, Groeneveld will enlarge sales of Chuanrun Group products in Europe and America. This cooperation realized win-win achievements in market-expansion and technology development. On one hand, the two parties’ market shares will be greatly enlarged. On the other hand, the technical levels of the two companies have be improved through mutual rewarding cooperation. The win-win ooperation between the two powerful companies will be beneficial for the development of the international lubricating markets. The President of Chuanrun Group Ms Luo Lihua and President of Groeneveld Company Mr.Groeneveld presented speeches for the ceremony. Then General Manager of Chuanrun Group Mr. Luo Yongzhong signed the agreement with General Manager of Groeneveld Company Mr. Genk. Founded in 1992, Chuanrun Group is a private-owned enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of important mechanical equipments mainly, such as special equipments: boiler and pressure vessel; general machines: lubricating hydraulic machinery and industrial pump; electromechanical devices: electric tools, as well as in the investment of real estate and education.
