(Oct 26 -Nov 2) The overall bearing steel basically remain stable level this week. The orders were sluggish, while market resources were increased a little. For the raw material,the price of pig iron for steelmaking was stable in many regions which didn,t experience obvious change.In addition ,the price of the high chromium kept a stable level. The downstream distributors purchased bearing steel according to their demand. Bearing steel market is expected to be stable next week. The Mysteel-SSPI (Special Steel Price Index) compositive index stays in 119,0.3 point higher than that of last week. [Price Adjustement by Steel Makers] Oct 26,Xingcheng Steel raised their price for bearing steel by 200 yuan/ton. Oct 31,Huan Steel raised their price for bearing steel by 100 yuan/ton. Nov 1,Shi Steel raised their price for hot-rolled bearing and Continuous casting of steel billet by 100 yuan/ton. Nov 1,Nan Steel raised their price for rod and wire by 200 yuan/ton.
