Nov 16 -Nov 23 Roundup of Steel Markets in China (Nov 16-Nov 23) The overall bearing steel price basically remained stable level this week. There was a little fluctuation in some regions. The sales were not brisk, and steel makers'stock was lower than usual. Except that Dongte Steel raised special steel price by 150 Yuan/ton on Nov 20, which had effect on the Northeast market, the steel makers nearly didn't launch price adjustment. For the raw material, the high chromium price raised by 50 Yuan/ton. The price of iron ore kept a stable level except North China area. With the coming of the year-end, some distributors were ready to store goods for the coming year. Bearing steel market is expected to be stable next week. The Mysteel-SSPI (Special Steel Price Index) compositive index stays in 120.7, 0.4 point higher than that of last week.
