Dana Holding Corporation will announce its 2007 fourth-quarter and full year 2007 financial results on Wednesday, March 19, 2008. At 10 a.m. EDT, on that date, Executive Chairman and Acting Chief Executive Officer John Devine and Chief Financial Officer Ken Hiltz will host a conference call and supporting webcast to discuss these results and answer questions.
