LYC Two Projects Entered in Luoyang Scientific and Technical Plan List

Recently, two scientific and technical projects declared by LYC Bearing Company entered in Luoyang Scientific and Technical Plan List, and acquired the financial allocation respectively. Both two projects, selected for 2008 Luoyang Scientific and Technical Plan, represented the current advanced level of research and development of domestic, which accord with the national requirement, and will be the developing direction for bearing industry. Rely on strong technical strength and good development trend, one is shining at numerous technical projects, and become one of only two major scientific and technical projects in Luoyang city, and acquired 1 million Yuan financial allocation. The other was the only one which selected for national “863” plan and got 300,000 Yuan financial allocation. Luoyang Bearing Corp. (Group) -LYC is the biggest comprehensive bearing manufacturer in China. Its product covers 6000 sizes, 9 categories in all precision tolerance classes and its yearly output volume is 70 million pieces. LYC products have been successfully used in various fields such as cars, trucks, railways, ships, mines, metals, petrochemicals, power, agricultural machinery, textile, space flight and aviation. The excellence of Luoyang Bearing Corp. (Group) has been justified by ISO 9001, and its six subsidiary companies have been issued ISO 9002 certificates respectively. The car bearing manufacturing process has been approved with QS 9000.
