Brammer Conducted Their Customer Satisfaction Survey

On Monday 22nd September, Brammer conducted their customer satisfaction survey for the forth year running. It was run by Digital Opinion, an external research company who specialised in customer and employee research projects, and run across all of their European geography. At no point would anyone from Brammer be able to see any of the individual results that you send to Digital Opinion and therefore the survey is entirely confidential. As the leading pan-European mechanical MRO distributor we want your opinion. We want it so that we can understand what we are doing right, so we can continue to improve it – we also want to know what, if anything, we are doing wrong, so we can put it right. Although not all of our customers will be, you may be someone who is contacted by Digital Opinion. If so, we would be very grateful if you would complete the survey honestly so that we can continue to improve our service to you. Thank you for using our services or products.
