Spark and WMH to Establish a Joint Ventured High-speed Gearbox Manufacturer in China

Gansu Tianshui Spark Machine Tool Co., Ltd recently announced the new joint venture, Precision Transmission Manufacturing Company (a high-speed gearbox manufacturer), will be established in China with German WMH Herion Drive Technology Company. According to the report, Spark Machine Tool will purchase 25％ stocks from Herion and hold 75％ stocks of the new joint venture company, while Herion will be responsible for the whole plant construction and the management later. The WMH Herion Drive Technology Company is an industry leader in the manufacturing of racks and spur wheels, also specializing in worm gear- corrodes, bevel gears and buttress thread spindles, whose brand of WMH Herion is well-known in machinery transmission industry. Spark Machine Tool Co., Ltd is located in Tianshui City, Gansu Province of northwest China. There are one technical center and eight branch factories within the company, and their design and productive capacity of casting and machining are very powerful, the casting capacity is 18,000 tons per year. The enterprise has got the ISO 9001 Quality System Certificate currently.
