Independently researched and developed by Jiangyin Fengdian Flange Manufacture Co., Ltd (JFFM), the project of "Research and Development and Application of Key Technology of 2.1—3.0MW Wind Power Main Shaft" recently passed the national identification for new products and technological achievements in Beijing. Jiangyin Fengdian Flange provides various flange for wind-driven generator, ring like forging, flange, and any open die forging. The max product diameter is 5000mm, the capacity is 10000 tons per year. The company has 4000KN hydraulic press machine, PAM5000 ring rolling machine, numerical-controlled lathe, numerical-controlled radial drilling machine, 20-ton charging machine, etc.
