Shanghai, CHINA, Nov 19, 2008 — Bauma China 2008, one of the largest and most important construction machinery industrial exhibition in Asia Pacific, was held on Nov 25-28, 2008 at Shanghai New International Expo Center. Emerson CT, a division of Emerson Industrial Automation, business brand of Emerson took part in the exhibition with their sister division- Leroy Somer, to showcase their leading automation solutions servicing the important and fast growing construction machinery industry in China. The solutions include: DC/AC drives, servo, servo motors, PLC, HMI and drive solutions are used to control motors in various construction machinery applications.
Emerson CT, a part of Emerson Industrial Automation wholly owned by Emerson Electric, integrates the advantages of CT UK IAC China (which is originally belongs to Emerson Network Power China Co., Ltd) delivering world class drives and control solutions meeting the specific needs in China market.
The main attraction on the stand was the range of Unidrive SP High Performance System AC Drives (0.37 kW upto 1.9MW, 200/400/575/690V), Commander SK General Purpose AC Drives (0.25 kW upto 132kW, 100/200/400/575/690V) and new EV6000 High Performance AC Drives (0.4kW upto 250kW, 400V). The compact design offered customers a flexible Drive system with high level technical performance, which met the specific needs of the various applications in the construction industry.
