EnPro Industries Acquires Sealing Technology Company

EnPro Industries (NYSE: NPO) today announced the acquisition of Northern Gaskets and Mouldings Limited (NGM), a distributor of sealing products and a manufacturer of gaskets located in Batley, UK. NGM will operate as part of Garlock (Great Britain) Limited. The acquisition was completed for cash. Terms were not disclosed.
