C&U Group´s Acquisition of Huangshi Bearing Plant

The signature ceremony of C&U Group's acquisition of Huangshi Bearing Plant was held in Huangshi Property Trade Center at 10:00 A.M on 28th, Oct. The Executive President Lin Zhengliang and Board Director Zhang Xiang in C&U Group , the General Manager Chen Siqian from Zhengjiang C&U Mechanical-electrical Stock ltd, the Director Ren Xiangyang and the Vice Deputy Xiong Guoquan from China National Property Committee as well as Zhu Hong, Huangshi Factory Director took part in this activity. Huangshi Bearing Plant which locates in Wuhan Road in Huangshi City, earlier invested and established in 1972 by the National Mechanical Industry Department, is one of the most crucial bearing enterprise in China. The overall assets have reached to 115 million rmb to date. The plant covers an area of 35.7 thousand square meters and has 300 employees. Products mainly focus on spherical roller bearing, double row, four row cylindrical roller bearing, double row, four row tapered roller bearing and angular contact ball bearing. Based on the ISO standard, the parts provided by the plant play an important role in national metallurgy, engineering machinery and other machinery industry, some of them are exported overseas.
