NRB Bearings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 02, 2009, inter alia, has declared dividend @ Rs 1.60/- per equity share of Rs 2/- each payable to members as per Register of Members. The stock closed the day at Rs.56, up by Rs.4.20 or 8.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.56.80 and low of Rs.51.80. The total traded quantity was 8782 compared to 2 week average of 4001.
