LYC Company Has Broken the Asian Processing Record of Spherical Roller

At present, the LYC Company has broken the Asian processing record of extra large size spherical roller again, and it also has filled up the blank in the domestic market. The successful development of this product indicates the LYC Company has made a substantial progress at the aspect of the bottlenecks in the processing of the extra large size spherical roller.
The extra large size spherical roller of high-precision processed this time is solid and symmetric product with the diameter of 150mm, the height of 180mm, and the single finished product weights 23.4kg, which is 2.4kg heavier than the largest hollow spherical roller bearing in Asian, being processed in 2008 by LYC company. The processing precision is up to the level of P5. There is further requirement on precision.
The spherical roller processed this time is out of the range of equipment processing because it is extra large, extra heavy and requires high precision, which cause great difficulties during the processing. With the cooperation of each department from extra large plant which carried on the development task, the spherical workshop broke the production ceiling and generated the special tools such as the appending fork, etc. according to the practical requirement of processing. They also broke the normal processing procedures, employed a great deal of labor force and finished the product processing.
Remarkably, the product not only refresh the Asian record, but also brings the order of 1100 pcs of the product to the company once, which is the largest order of spherical roller they ever had. The break of extra large size spherical roller processing record suggests the LYC Company has stepped on a new stage of product research and development, manufacturing and processing, which establishes the solid base for the expansion of market share of high grade products and the development of the markets in sequence.
